This rigging manual has
no borders, we publish all rules and regulation from various countries but
we do not get involved in how you are governed, instead we concentrate on
what it takes to become a safe rigger and provide the tools to help you
achieve this goal, while also helping you educate skydivers who come to
you for advise.
