The confidential & incident report system was started back in 1996, since then we have received thousands of officially reported incidents and confidential reports. These reports have been submitted by drop zone instructors, riggers and individual skydivers, the majority have been taken from official parachute association records and others from the confidential reporting system. |

Good judgment comes from experience. Experience?! Well experience comes from poor judgment. Of course the poor judgment doesn't have to be yours, we can all learn from other people's experiences.. That's why we print these reports Every year the reports will be used to compile a summary of the annual incidents with recommendation on how to avoid the same mistakes. read the report Summary for an example.
